Excerpt from the rules of providing services:
3.1. Check-in is done upon presentation of the passport or other identity document by the guest in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. Persons under 18 must have a notarized authorization signed by their parents.
3.5. Accommodation is provided after the Guest’s payment for not less than 1 (one) night of residence.
4.2.
  • Do not disturb other guests; observe silence and public order;
  • handle the property and equipment with care; observe cleanliness in the room and in the territory;
  • observe the silence from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
  • 4.3. It is restricted:
  • to drink strong liquor;
  • to be in a state of extreme alcohol intoxication or in a state of drug intoxication;
  • to smoke throughout the territory, in the entrance and stairwells;
  • to store flammable materials, weapons, narcotics, chemical and radioactive substances in the room.
  • 4.5. In the case of violation of the order of stay, the administration reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract and evict the Guest before the contract ends.
    4.6. In the case of property damage, the Guest indemnifies damages done.
    4.12. The Administration is not responsible for safety and security of your personal belongings left in the room.
